Highland Tea Recipe
The Highland Tea is a warm drink made from Caorunn gin, heather honey and lemon juice, and served in an Irish coffee or toddy glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey - heather
- Water
- Tea - camomile, or other soothing flavor
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Irish Coffee Glass
Directions
- Add hot water and a tea bag to an Irish coffee or toddy glass.
- Remove the tea bag after 1 minute, then add the remaining ingredients and stir.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
