Hob Nob Recipe
The Hob Nob drink recipe is made from gin, absinthe, maraschino liqueur, simple syrup, grapefruit juice and lime juice, and served in a chilled rocks glass garnished with grapefruit peel and lime peel.

- Add a little absinthe to a frozen rocks glass and swirl around to coat the glass, then discard excess.
- Shake gin, maraschino liqueur, simple syrup, grapefruit juice and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel and a lime peel.
