Juliana Blue Recipe
The Juliana Blue is a tropical blue cocktail made from gin, Cointreau, blue curacao, pineapple juice, lime juice and coconut cream, and served blended in a chilled margarita glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Cointreau - orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 1 wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- 2 Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Margarita Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients (except the garnishes) to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled margarita glass.
- Garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherries.
