Knickerbocker Special Cocktail Recipe
The Knickerbocker Special is a classic cocktail recipe made from white rum, triple sec, raspberry syrup, pineapple syrup, lime juice and orange juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with pineapple.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 tsp Triple Sec
- 1 tsp Raspberry Syrup
- 1 tsp Pineapple Syrup
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Orange Juice
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
