Le Marseille Fruits Fizz Recipe
The Le Marseille Fruits Fizz is made from gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters, egg whites, fresh fruit and club soda, and served in a chilled collins glass.

- Muddle any fresh fruit with simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, except club soda, and shake vigorously with ice.
- Strain into a chilled collins glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with any fresh fruit.
