Mahukona Recipe
The Mahukona drink is a tropical blended cocktail made from white rum, curacao, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, orange bitters and pineapple, and served blended with ice in a chilled highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Curacao - orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Orgeat Syrup
- 5 dashes Orange Bitters
- Ice
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients, except pineapple wedge, on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
