Martin Miller's Mojito Recipe
The Martin Miller's Mojito is a gin variant of the classic Mojito drink. A green colored drink made from Martin Miller's gin, lime, simple syrup, mint and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 oz Gin (Martin Miller's)
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- 8 leaves Mint
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint leaves and lime wedges in a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, then add gin and simple syrup and stir.
- Top with club soda, stir gently, then garnish with a sprig of mint.
