New Amsterdam Dragon Recipe
The New Amsterdam Dragon is a fruity orange colored drink made from New Amsterdam Gin, mango juice, sour mix, tonic water, ginger and grenadine, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (New Amsterdam)
- 2 oz Mango Nectar
- 1/2 oz Sour Mix
- pinch Ginger - ground
- splash Grenadine
- Tonic Water - to fill
- Garnish: Ginseng
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, mango nectar (or juice) and sour mix with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Slowly add a splash of grenadine and top with tonic water, then garnish with a ginger slice.
