New London Punch Recipe
The New London Punch is a classy orange punch made from Beefeater gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, green tea and champagne, and served over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
- 1/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Tea - green
- Champagne - or sparkling wine
- Garnish: Lemon, Pineapple, Orange
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Add one or two ice cubes to a rocks glass.
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, maraschino liqueur, lime juice and green tea, and stir gently.
- Top with chilled champagne and garnish with seasonal fruit including pineapple, lemon and orange slices.
