North Sea Breeze Recipe
The North Sea Breeze combines the tropical flavors of the Caribbean with the temperate flavors of Northern Europe. Made from Martin Miller's gin, pink grapefruit juice, lychee juice and lime marmalade, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Martin Miller's)
- 2 tbsp Lime Marmalade
- Lychee Juice
- Grapefruit Juice - pink
- slices Orange - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add gin and lime marmalade, then fill with equal parts lychee juice and pink grapefruit juice.
- Stir gently, and garnish with orange slices.
