O de Cassis Recipe
The O de Cassis is a dark red drink made from Joseph Cartron creme de cassis, beet juice, lemon juice and brown sugar, and served over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Creme de Cassis (Joseph Cartron)
- 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice.
