Perfect Resolution Recipe
Forget your boring unfulfilled New Year's resolutions, we have just the one for you. The Perfect Resolution drink recipe is made from gin, parfait amour, lime juice, jasmine tea, simple syrup, lemon grass and mint, and served over crushed ice in a highball glass garnished with lemongrass and basil.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Parfait Amour
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 8 leaves Mint - 2 for garnish
- 2 sprigs Lemongrass - 1 for garnish
- Tea - jasmine tea, chilled
- Garnish: Lemongrass, Basil
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle lemongrass, basil and simple syrup in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with crushed ice, then add gin, parfait amour and lime juice, then fill with chilled jasmine tea.
- Stir gently and garnish with basil and lemongrass.
