Piazza Gin and Tonic Recipe
The Piazza Gin and Tonic is an Italian variation of the classic gin and tonic drink. An orange colored drink made from Martin Miller's gin, Cynar aperitivo, orange bitters and tonic water, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Martin Miller's)
- 1/2 oz Cynar
- dash Orange Bitters
- Tonic Water
- slice Cucumber - for garnish
- Garnish: Cucumber
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add gin, Cynar and orange bitters, and fill with tonic water.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
