Pineapple Daiquiri Recipe
The Pineapple Daiquiri is a favorite beach drink recipe made form white rum, triple sec, pineapple juice and lime juice, and served blended with ice in a chilled wine glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Blend rum, triple sec, pineapple juice, lime juice and ice in a blender on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled wine glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
