Red Snapper No 2 Recipe
The Red Snapper No 2 is a red colored drink made in the fashion of the classic Bloody Mary cocktails. Made from Martin Miller's gin, tomato juice, celery salt, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (Martin Miller's)
- 4 oz Tomato Juice
- pinch Celery Salt
- 3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- 1 Chili Pepper - for garnish
- Garnish: Chili Pepper
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients in order, and stir well to mix.
- Garnish with a red chili.
