St Augustine Recipe
The St Augustine cocktail is made from white rum, Cointreau and grapefruit juice, and served in a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tsp Cointreau - orange liqueur
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in water, then in sugar to cover the rim.
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
