Strawberryade Gin Recipe
The Strawberryade Gin is an orange cocktail made form Beefeater gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, club soda and strawberries, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 Strawberry
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Lemon, Strawberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, then add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup, and stir.
- Top with club soda, and garnish with a lemon slice and a strawberry.
