The Winchester Recipe
The Winchester is an exotic drink made from gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, lime juice, grenadine, ginger syrup and bitters, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Grenadine
- 1 tsp Ginger Syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Cherry, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball or tiki glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lime slice and a cherry.
