Angel's Share Recipe
The Angel's Share is a refreshing summer tea perfect for watching the sun set on a late July evening. Made from New Amsterdam Gin, green tea, mango juice, lemon juice and sugar, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (New Amsterdam)
- 2 oz Mango Nectar
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- pinch Tea - green
- slice Mango - for garnish
- Garnish: Mango
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice for 10 seconds in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a slice of mango.
