Blue Hawiaiian Recipe
The Blue Hawaiian is a classic summertime beach drink recipe. Made from white rum, blue curacao (orange liqueur), pineapple juice and coconut cream, it is often served in a highball or cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 1/2 oz Ice - crushed
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Blend all ingredients at high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a highball glass or a chilled cocktail.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
