Pegu Club 2 Recipe
The Pegu Club is a classic gin-based cocktail dating back over 100 years. This variation is made from gin, orange curacao, lime juice, bitters and orange bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Orange Curacao
- 1/3 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters (The Bitter Truth)
- 1 dash Bitters (The Bitter Truth - Old Time Aromatic)
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
