Tuscan Sunset Recipe
The Tuscan Sunset is a relaxing red colored drink perfect for watching the sun set in the Tuscan hills of Italy. Made from Martin Miller's gin, Antica Formula vermouth, lime juice, maraschino liqueur, bitters and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Martin Miller's)
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth (Antica Formula) - red
- 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Bitters (Peychaud's)
- Ginger Ale - to fill
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except ginger ale, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with ginger ale, and garnish with fresh mint.
