Westbourne Punch Recipe
The Westbourne Punch is a pink colored summer cocktail made from gin, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Martin Miller's)
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice - pink
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Club Soda - to fill
- slice Grapefruit - for garnish
- Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint, Grapefruit
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, elderflower liqueur, pink grapefruit juice and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice, and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint, and a grapefruit slice.
